German Shepherd Dogs

Battlefield Working Dog Club was formed in 2011 by a group of experienced schutzhund enthusiasts looking to form a dedicated and active training group. 

The training field is located in historic Gettysburg, PA at Kennel von der Zahnburg.  In addition to the large and well-maintained training field, there is also over 100 acres available at the same location for tracking.

Battlefield Working Dog Club meets every Saturday and Sunday and typically once or twice during the work week.  Every member trains all three phases with the goal of trialing their dog to the best of their ability. 

We are open to accepting new members of all experience and skill levels provided that they are willing and able to commit to the time and effort schutzhund requires.
